As soon as you purchase the course, you will be directed to our enrolment form and once this is processed, you'll be sent your login details for our online learning system. From here, you can access all the learning resources and assessments you will need to help you succeed in your exam. Yes! Everything is included in the cost including exam and certificate fees, email tutor support throughout your course, tutor-marked assessments and one-hour remote revision support that will help you prepare for your exam. That is entirely up to you and the time that you can devote to your studies. The course is sequenced to challenge and maximise the development of crucial skills for work and life. We set the assessment submission dates over the course of one year but these can be completed at any time. At the end of each learning suite, there will be an assessment of your skills and the knowledge that you have attained. Upon its completion, it will be sent to a Functional Skills tutor for marking. Our tutors aim to complete marking within a 10 day time frame. Yes! The course has been designed to support your learning at Level 2 and will give you tasks to complete throughout to make sure you understand each concept before you move on. The knowledge you gain during the course will give you the knowledge you need, even if it can't sit the exam for you.
